プロンプト改善実験｜10テーマを「削る」「盛る」で比較してベストを探す

結論

• 汎用的な品質ワードは省略可能 RAW photo、photorealistic、natural skin textureは他の要素が揃っていれば省略しても品質低下が確認されなかった
• 布・素材の質感を具体的に書くと効果的 sheer、silk、chunky knitが布の表現を劇的に向上させた
• 小物を1つ追加するだけで物語性が生まれる pearl earring、coffee cup on desk、noren curtain blowingが臨場感やリアリティに大きく寄与
• 天候・光の色温度の指定が雰囲気を劇的に変える rainy evening + rain-streaked windowやwarm interior contrasting cool blue outsideが効果的
• 表情は形容詞ではなく状態で書く smilingよりmid-laugh、looking up with vulnerable eyesのような具体的状態の方が表情に方向性が出る

前回の変換実験で作った10本のプロンプトは本当に最適なのか？ 不要な単語が混じっていないか、もっと魅力的にできないかを検証しました。

各テーマで3バージョンを生成して比較します：

• 元: 前回の変換プロンプト
• 削減版: 冗長な要素を削除してコンパクトに
• 強化版: 具体的なディテールを追加して魅力を最大化

実験の狙い

• 「削って変わらなければ、その要素は不要」
• 「足して良くなれば、その要素は有効」
• 最終的に最もコスパの良いプロンプトを特定する

実験上の注意: 本実験ではseedを固定していないため、画像の差異にはプロンプト変更以外の要因（ランダムなseed変動）も含まれます。以下の考察は傾向の観察であり、厳密な因果関係の証明ではありません。

1. プールサイドグラビア

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: toes visible, relaxed shoulders, long neck, resort atmosphere, healthy beauty, RAW photo, photorealistic, natural skin texture, elegant（9要素削除）

足したもの: luxury resort, high-cut, hip cocked, glistening wet skin, palm trees, turquoise pool water bokeh

発見:

• RAW photo, photorealistic, natural skin texture は、他の要素が揃っている場合、省略しても品質低下は確認されなかった（ただし単独での効果は未検証）
• glistening wet skin と hip cocked の追加がグラビア感を劇的に向上
• turquoise pool water bokeh で背景の色味を制御できた

2. ヘアメイク重視ポートレート

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: layered around face, elegant movement at ends, sophisticated glamorous look, RAW photo, natural skin texture

足したもの: seated in dimly lit hotel bar, silk素材指定, pearl earring, soft candlelight, warm amber tones, luxury atmosphere

発見:

• pearl earring のような小物1点追加が高級感に大きく寄与
• 場所をhotel lounge→dimly lit hotel barに具体化で雰囲気が向上
• silkの素材指定で布の質感が改善

3. 図書室エモ

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: thoughtful expression, warm side lighting, wooden chair, dust particles in light, photorealistic, RAW photo, natural skin texture, shallow depth of field

足したもの: chin resting on hand, wistful expression, sunlight streaming through window, dust particles floating in light beam, warm wooden bookshelves, ethereal film photography

発見:

• chin resting on hand のポーズ追加で「物思い」感が具体的に
• ethereal film photography がフィルム調の柔らかい質感を出した
• old school library のold追加で木製家具の古さ・温かみが増した

4. 素人SNS風

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: face partially hidden behind smartphone, slightly twisted pose, messy amateur composition, realistic

足したもの: messy bedroom(場所の具体化), slightly sweaty after workout, cracked screen smartphone, cluttered background, harsh ceiling light, Instagram story aesthetic

発見:

• slightly sweaty after workout でリアルな生活感が出た
• cluttered background で片付いていない部屋 = 素人感
• Instagram story aesthetic が全体のトーンを「SNSっぽく」統一

5. レトロ居酒屋

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: low resolution feel, high contrast, saturated colors, 2000s Japanese street photography, candid moment, motion energy

足したもの: over shoulder(振り返り強調), warm red lantern glow on face, harsh(フラッシュ強化), heavy(粒子強化), overexposed highlights, saturated warm colors, noren curtain blowing

発見:

• noren curtain blowing（のれんが風になびく）で臨場感が大幅UP
• warm red lantern glow on face で提灯の光が顔に当たる描写が具体的に
• harsh+heavy の形容詞追加でフラッシュと粒子が強化された
• big laugh が laughing より表情が豊かに見えた（ただしlaughing版との比較画像はないため、体感による評価）

6. あおり（from below）

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: other hand in hair, photorealistic, RAW photo, natural skin texture, dynamic composition

足したもの: at rooftop edge, billowing in wind, gripping metal railing, piercing gaze, vast, towering, hair whipping in wind, heroic composition, cinematic

発見:

• billowing in wind がコートのはためきを生成（blowingより効果的に見えたが、blowing版との比較画像はないため体感による評価）
• heroic composition + cinematic で映画のワンシーン的な迫力
• gripping metal railing で手の描写が安定化

7. 俯瞰（from above）

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: coat spread on ground, photorealistic, RAW photo, natural skin texture

足したもの: cold concrete, pooling around her, to chest, vulnerable eyes, city lights far below, twilight sky, lonely atmosphere, muted color palette

発見:

• cold concrete でテクスチャ対比（冷たいコンクリート × 柔らかいコート）
• vulnerable eyes が表情に繊細さを追加
• muted color palette で全体の色調が抑えられ、哀愁ある雰囲気に
• 6番と7番の対比でアングルだけでなく雰囲気キーワードも変えるべきと判明

8. 逆光ビーチ

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: silhouette face, sparkles, eyes slightly downcast, full body shot, ethereal atmosphere

足したもの: sheer(透け感), clinging to legs, both hands holding billowing skirt, radiant rim light on hair and shoulders, glowing edges, streaming in sea breeze, sparkling water surface, sunset colors, dreamlike ethereal atmosphere

発見:

• sheer white flowing dress clinging to legs で布の透け感とまとわりが表現された。最も効果的だった追加要素
• both hands holding billowing skirt でポーズが具体的に
• radiant rim light on hair and shoulders でリムライトの位置を指定
• 逆光+透け素材の組み合わせが特に効果的だった

9. オフィス蛍光灯

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: dark brown semi-long hair down, natural makeup, coral pink lips, talking to colleague, modern japanese office, desks and PCs in background, photorealistic, natural skin texture, shallow depth of field

足したもの: casually(動作の自然さ), unbuttoned(着崩し), slightly loose, coral lips, mid-laugh with colleague off-camera, cluttered real office background, coffee cup on desk, candid work moment

発見:

• unbuttoned + slightly loose で着崩し感 = リアルなオフィスの自然さ
• mid-laugh with colleague off-camera がキャンディッド感を生む
• cluttered real office で整いすぎない現実のオフィス感
• coffee cup on desk のような小物ディテールが生活感を追加

10. 窓越しカフェ

元	削減版	強化版

削ったもの: window frame and tree reflections in foreground, light smile, looking at cup, bokeh figures in background, photorealistic, RAW photo, three-layer depth composition, natural light

足したもの: rainy evening(天候追加), rain-streaked window glass, wet leaves in foreground, cradling warm coffee cup close to face, steam rising, chunky knit, round glasses, warm golden cafe interior contrasting cool blue outside, cozy intimate mood

発見:

• rainy evening + rain-streaked window で窓に雨粒が生成。天候の追加が雰囲気を劇的に変えた
• steam rising でコーヒーの湯気が表現された
• warm golden interior contrasting cool blue outside の色温度コントラスト指定で奥行き感UP
• cradling close to face でカップを顔に寄せるポーズに

全体の実験結果まとめ

最終的なプロンプト設計の原則

1. 汎用的な品質ワードは省略可能 — RAW photo, photorealistic等は他の要素が揃っていれば省略しても品質低下は見られなかった
2. 布・素材の質感を具体的に — sheer, silk, chunky knit が効く
3. 動きを入れる — billowing, streaming, blowing で静止画に躍動感
4. 小物を1つ追加 — pearl earring, coffee cup で物語性
5. 天候・光の色温度を指定 — rainy, warm-cool contrast で空気感
6. 表情は形容詞ではなく状態で — smiling より mid-laugh, looking up with vulnerable eyes
