Observations: Noticeably darker than red lipstick, with a deep dark red. Matte-leaning texture. Not quite burgundy level, but close to wine red. The trend of outfit shifting to dark tones continues. Overall gives a cool, chic makeup impression.

A05: bright red

Observations: Compared to red lipstick, a slightly brighter and more vivid red. High saturation, giving an impression close to vermilion. Semi-matte texture. Seed 2 generated red clothing (a camisole), with bright red appearing to affect not just the lips but also the clothing color.

Observations: The darkest lip color in this experiment. Wine red to dark bordeaux, even darker than dark red. Matte texture. Rather than red, it’s a deep dark red with a purple tint. Outfit is in dark tones overall, with an overall dark, moody atmosphere.

Note: The purple-tinted dark bordeaux of burgundy also suits combination with goth makeup’s dark lips.

Observations: The lip color itself is reddish, but an overlining effect (the technique of applying color beyond the lip contour) compared to red lipstick is not clearly confirmed. Rather, there are side effects including a hairstyle change to short hair, with the overall atmosphere changing significantly. Lip color tone and texture are close to red lipstick’s semi-matte red. The effect of lips appearing particularly large is limited.

A08: ombre lip

Observations: Changed not to red but to coral pink to rose pink, a soft color tone. The gradient (ombre) effect with different shades at the center and outside of the lips can be faintly confirmed. The biggest side effect is the hair color shifting to pink gradient (pink tips). The keyword ombre strongly affected not just the lips but also the hair gradient.

Summary

For stable red lips, red lipstick is the simplest and most effective. To control texture, use matte red (matte) or glossy red (glossy). Color depth darkens in the order: bright red > red lipstick > dark red > burgundy.

overlined and ombre lip have significant side effects as lip-specific keywords and are difficult to achieve the intended effect.
