Maximizing Female Muscle Mass in Prompts | 19 Conditions, 57 Images

Key Findings

  • No item side effects + strongest muscle: muscular athlete (★★★, no barbells or props)
  • Absolute maximum muscle mass: muscular powerlifter (★★★★, but barbells appear)
  • ripped / jacked / shredded / buff and other muscle adjectives have zero effect on females
  • heavyweight / hulking add fat, not muscle
  • wrestler / bodybuilder also have zero effect on females

What This Article Covers

In the Body Type Prompt Guide, we found that muscular had a strong muscle effect (★★★) but caused identity collapse. The Male Muscle Descriptor Test showed heavyweight > bodybuilder as the most effective keywords.

But do these keywords work the same way for female subjects? Are there even stronger muscle-inducing keywords? And can we find ones that don’t bring unwanted props like barbells? We tested this in three phases.

Phase 1: Occupation Keywords (7 Conditions)

bodybuilder

seed 1seed 2seed 3
bodybuilder seed1bodybuilder seed2bodybuilder seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ Nearly identical to control — slim physique with no visible muscle increase across all 3 seeds. Seed 2 shows a sarong/wrap skirt side effect. Despite being effective for male subjects, this keyword has no muscle effect on female subjects.

wrestler

seed 1seed 2seed 3
wrestler seed1wrestler seed2wrestler seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No body type change. Seed 2 transforms into a Japanese magazine layout with text, seed 3 adds floral illustrations to the background. The word wrestler is interpreted as a media/publication context rather than a body type modifier.

pro wrestler

seed 1seed 2seed 3
pro wrestler seed1pro wrestler seed2pro wrestler seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ Same pattern as wrestler. Magazine layout on seed 2, illustrated background on seed 3. Adding pro provides no muscle benefit.

heavyweight

seed 1seed 2seed 3
heavyweight seed1heavyweight seed2heavyweight seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ (Fat direction: ★★☆) Increases body mass as fat, not muscle. All 3 seeds show a fuller, chubby-equivalent body type. Seed 2 adds a lace dress, seed 3 shows an illustrated background. For male subjects this keyword produced muscle; for female subjects it’s interpreted as weight gain (fat).

powerlifter

seed 1seed 2seed 3
powerlifter seed1powerlifter seed2powerlifter seed3

Muscle effect: ★★★ The only keyword out of 7 that produced clear muscle increase across all 3 seeds. Deltoid and bicep bulging, visible abdominal separation, and quadriceps enlargement were consistently observed. Side effects include barbell appearance and pose changes (squat/deadlift positions), but Asian facial features are maintained with minimal identity collapse.

buff

seed 1seed 2seed 3
buff seed1buff seed2buff seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No difference from control. Seed 1 adds a houseplant, seed 2 shows a newspaper-style background.

amazonian

seed 1seed 2seed 3
amazonian seed1amazonian seed2amazonian seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No body type change. Seed 2 becomes a magazine layout, seed 3 adds tropical plant illustrations. The concept of “amazonian” is pulled toward botanical/nature imagery rather than physique.

Phase 1 Summary

Out of 7 conditions, only powerlifter had any muscle effect on the body.

Phase 2: Adjectives & Context Keywords (8 Conditions)

Phase 1 focused on occupation keywords. Here we test muscle adjectives and context words that shouldn’t trigger specific equipment items.

ripped

seed 1seed 2seed 3
ripped seed1ripped seed2ripped seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ Same slim physique as control. No muscle increase in any seed. Sarong side effect on seed 2.

jacked

seed 1seed 2seed 3
jacked seed1jacked seed2jacked seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No body type change. Mesh cover-up side effect on seed 2.

shredded

seed 1seed 2seed 3
shredded seed1shredded seed2shredded seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No body type change. Sarong on seed 2.

brawny

seed 1seed 2seed 3
brawny seed1brawny seed2brawny seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ No body type change. Textile pillar background on seed 2.

hulking

seed 1seed 2seed 3
hulking seed1hulking seed2hulking seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ (Fat direction: ★★★) Like heavyweight, adds fat rather than muscle. All 3 seeds show a chubby-to-fat body type. Sarong on seed 2, floral illustrations on seed 3.

MMA fighter

seed 1seed 2seed 3
MMA fighter seed1MMA fighter seed2MMA fighter seed3

Muscle effect: ☆☆☆ Body stays slim. However, all 3 seeds show an octagon (chain-link cage) and MMA gloves. An occupation keyword, but interpreted as “environment + equipment” rather than “physique.”

muscular athlete

seed 1seed 2seed 3
muscular athlete seed1muscular athlete seed2muscular athlete seed3

Muscle effect: ★★★ All 3 seeds show visible ab separation, deltoid and quad enlargement. No barbells, gloves, or other item side effects. Bikini shifts to a sports bikini style, and high heels appear, but backgrounds are clean and compositions are stable. Seed 2 shows identity collapse (skin tone change).

flexing muscles

seed 1seed 2seed 3
flexing muscles seed1flexing muscles seed2flexing muscles seed3

Muscle effect: ★★☆ All 3 seeds change to a double bicep flex pose. Bicep bulging is visible but ab and leg muscle mass is modest. No items appear but the pose becomes locked. Text artifacts on seed 2.

Phase 2 Summary

ConditionMuscle EffectItem Side EffectsOther Side Effects
muscular athlete★★★NoneHigh heels, seed-dependent ID collapse
flexing muscles★★☆NoneLocked flex pose, text
hulking☆☆☆ (fat ★★★)NoneWeight gain
MMA fighter☆☆☆Gloves + cageEnvironment change
ripped / jacked / shredded / brawny☆☆☆NoneOutfit changes only

English muscle slang (ripped, jacked, shredded, brawny) has zero effect on female subjects. Only muscular athlete is effective, and it produces no item side effects.

Phase 3: Combination Testing (4 Conditions)

Building on Phase 1’s winner, we combined powerlifter with muscular (previously verified as effective) and tested additional reinforcement strategies.

muscular powerlifter

seed 1seed 2seed 3
muscular powerlifter seed1muscular powerlifter seed2muscular powerlifter seed3

Muscle effect: ★★★★ Noticeably more muscle than powerlifter alone. All 3 seeds show massive deltoids and biceps, clearly defined 8-pack abs, and quadriceps with visible vascularity. Barbell side effect persists, but identity remains stable as Asian.

extremely muscular

seed 1seed 2seed 3
extremely muscular seed1extremely muscular seed2extremely muscular seed3

Muscle effect: ★★☆ Slightly more than muscular alone. More visible ab separation and leg muscle on seed 2 (shown in 3-angle composition). However, this doesn’t reach the level of powerlifter alone. The extremely intensifier has moderate effect at best.

muscular powerlifter, huge muscles

seed 1seed 2seed 3
max muscle seed1max muscle seed2max muscle seed3

Muscle effect: ★★★★★ Maximum muscle mass of all conditions tested. Exceeds muscular powerlifter with even more pronounced muscle fiber detail in the quads, deeper ab cuts, and broader shoulders. However, seed 3 shows composition breakdown with two barbells appearing simultaneously. Seed 2 has text artifacts. This trades stability for maximum muscle mass.

muscular, thick arms, thick thighs, six pack abs

seed 1seed 2seed 3
body part specs seed1body part specs seed2body part specs seed3

Muscle effect: ★★☆ Similar to muscular alone. Only seed 3 showed clear ab separation and quad enlargement. Seed 2 had identity collapse (skin tone change) and outfit changes. Specific body part descriptions are far less effective than occupational keywords like powerlifter, while consuming many more tokens.

Phase 3 Summary

Practical Recommendations

Maximum Muscle Without Item Side Effects

No Items — Max Muscle
muscular athlete

No barbells, gloves, or other props. ★★★ muscle mass with the best balance of effect and cleanliness. High heels may appear, but outfits, backgrounds, and poses stay minimal.

Absolute Maximum Muscle (Barbells Accepted)

Max Muscle — Barbell
muscular powerlifter

★★★★ muscle mass. Barbells and pose changes will occur, but muscle mass far exceeds muscular athlete.

Pushing the Limit (Composition Risk)

Max Muscle — Limit Push
muscular powerlifter, huge muscles

★★★★★ muscle mass but risks composition breakdown (double barbells, etc.). Generate multiple images and pick the best.

What NOT to Do

  • Muscle adjectives don’t work for femalesripped / jacked / shredded / buff / brawny all had zero effect
  • bodybuilder doesn’t work for females — effective for males but zero muscle effect on female subjects
  • Don’t use wrestler / pro wrestler — interpreted as magazine layouts, not body types
  • Don’t use heavyweight / hulking for muscle — produces fat gain on female subjects
  • MMA fighter doesn’t add muscle — just adds gloves and a cage
  • Intensifiers like extremely are weak — combining with athlete or powerlifter is far more effective
  • Body part specifications are inefficientthick arms, six pack abs etc. consume tokens with little return

Note: Occupation words consistently outperform adjectives throughout body type control testing. powerlifter summons the whole “environment” including barbells, while athlete isn’t tied to specific equipment, keeping side effects minimal. Choose between them based on whether prop appearance is acceptable.
